Registration and numbers

Business registration is in progress. The trade registration number will be published here as soon as the City of Gelsenkirchen issues it.

Nature of the activity

Eurofrika operates as an employment placement agency (Arbeitsvermittlung) under §§296 et seq. of the German Social Code, Book III.

Eurofrika does not engage in temporary agency work (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung). That activity requires a federal licence; we do not carry it out and therefore do not hold one. The employment contract is concluded directly between the healthcare professional and the employer.

Under §296(3) of the Social Code, no fee is ever charged to the candidate. Eurofrika is paid by the employing institution.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content under §7(1) of the German Telemedia Act. Under §§8 to 10, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, nor to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Content is removed without delay once an infringement is brought to our attention.

Our site links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is solely responsible for that content. Linked pages were checked at the time of linking; permanent monitoring is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement.
