General terms
General terms
The rules applying to the use of this site and the principles of our services.
1. Subject matter and scope
These terms govern the services of Eurofrika (business in formation, Braunschweiger Straße 12a, 45886 Gelsenkirchen): the placement of healthcare professionals with institutions in Germany, support through the recognition and relocation process, and language training.
They apply to the employing institution and to the healthcare professional, each as regards their own position. A counterparty's own terms apply only if we have accepted them in writing.
2. Entirely free for the candidate
No sum is ever requested from the healthcare professional — no file fee, no registration fee, no language course charge, no placement commission. This rule admits no exception.
It follows the employer-pays principle of §296(3) of the German Social Code and international standards for fair recruitment in healthcare.
3. What we do
· Selection and interview of the candidate in their home country.
· Assembly and submission of the qualification recognition file.
· German tuition from A1 to B2, exam preparation, registration and support through to the accredited examination centre.
· Introduction to the institution and organisation of interviews.
· Support with the visa application through to the decision.
· Help settling in: housing, bank account, arrival formalities.
· Integration support during the first months.
4. What we do not do
Eurofrika issues no language certificate. We teach, prepare, register and accompany you to the accredited examination centre. The certificate is issued by that centre, never by us.
Eurofrika grants no visa, no residence permit and no recognition of qualifications: those decisions belong to the competent German authorities. We prepare files and track them; we can neither guarantee nor accelerate an administrative decision.
Eurofrika does not supply temporary agency workers. The employment contract binds the professional and the institution directly.
5. Employer fees
Placement fees are payable by the employing institution. The amount is set in the contract, per professional actually placed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is made in two instalments: half on signature of the employment contract, half six months after the start date. Invoices are payable within thirty days net.
If the professional leaves the post before the end of the probationary period for a reason attributable to them, Eurofrika provides a replacement at no additional fee, within six months.
6. Mutual commitments
The institution undertakes to offer a contract compliant with German employment law and the applicable collective agreement, pay equal to that of a German employee of equivalent qualification, and dignified reception of the person recruited.
The professional undertakes to provide accurate information and genuine documents, to attend language training diligently, and to inform Eurofrika without delay of any change affecting their file.
7. Liability
Eurofrika is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of a material contractual obligation and to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract.
Eurofrika is not liable for decisions of administrative authorities, the time they take, or decisions made by the institution or the candidate.
8. Data protection
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For disputes with merchants, legal persons under public law or special public funds, the courts at Eurofrika's registered office have jurisdiction. In relation to consumers, the statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stays in force.
