Healthcare employers

Recruit internationally without losing six months of work to it

We present qualified nurses, telc B2 certified and administratively ready. You pay the second half only after six months of actual service.

Eurofrika is a direct placement company — Personalvermittlung, not Arbeitnehmerüberlassung. The nurse becomes your employee, under your collective agreement, on the same terms as your existing team.

We handle everything that comes before: selection, qualification recognition, language training to B2 level, interview preparation, pre-approval, visa. And everything that comes after: housing, settling-in formalities, medical German and six months of support.

The package

What our work covers

One point of contact, one fee, from selection to the sixth month on the ward.

Selection and introduction

In-depth interview, document verification, complete file. You receive only profiles we have selected ourselves.

Qualification recognition

Application filed with your state authority, certified translations, followed through to the decision.

Language training

General German to B2 level, telc examination taken at an accredited centre, then medical German. The nurse arrives ready to work.

Pre-approval and visa

We build the application with you and follow the consular procedure through to issuance.

Housing and arrival

Accommodation found before departure, city registration, bank account, health insurance, residence permit.

Six months of support

Regular check-ins with the nurse and with you. If something goes wrong, we step in before it becomes irreversible.

Our fee

You pay the second half only if the person is still there

Our fee is invoiced in two instalments: half on signature of the employment contract, the second half after six months of actual service in your institution.

This is not a sales argument but a constraint we impose on ourselves. It aligns our interest with yours: we gain nothing by presenting someone who will leave. It is also why we invest so heavily in selection and integration — where most intermediaries stop at the visa.

FEE STRUCTURE
50 / 50

One fee, two instalments. No hidden charges, no recurring costs.

  • First instalment on signature of the employment contract
  • Second instalment after six months of actual service
  • Recognition, visa and travel costs re-invoiced at cost
  • No commission taken from the nurse's salary

Legal framework

A recruitment your legal department will clear

Private placement of personnel requires no licence in Germany, but it is regulated. We work according to the employer-pays principle of German placement law and the WHO global code of practice on the international recruitment of health personnel.

We are working towards the RAL quality mark Gütesiegel Faire Anwerbung Pflege Deutschland, backed by the Federal Ministry of Health, whose central criterion is precisely this: recruitment costs are borne by the employer and never by the nurse.

  • Direct placement: the nurse is your employee, not ours
  • No fees charged to the candidate, contracts available for inspection
  • Pay in line with your collective agreement, with no discount
  • Candidate consents time-stamped and traceable (GDPR)
  • Recruitment costs may, in some cases, be factored into your tariff negotiations

A team reinforced, not replaced

A nurse from abroad takes nobody's place: they fill a post nobody was filling. Your existing teams are the first to feel it.
