Care knows no borders. Neither does skill.

We connect African talent with healthcare opportunities in Europe, and help address the shortage of nursing staff in Germany.

The candidate never pays a cent.

Our fee is paid by the healthcare institution doing the hiring. No application fee, no deposit, no cut of the salary. This is the employer-pays principle, required by German placement law and by the WHO code on international recruitment of health personnel. It is also, quite simply, the only honest way to do this work.

Why we exist

Two shortages that answer each other

In Africa, thousands of trained nurses cannot find a post, or work for wages that do not allow a living. In Germany, entire wards run permanently understaffed. Eurofrika did not create this imbalance — we correct it, on condition that we do it properly.

Nothing to pay, ever

The employer funds the recruitment. The nurse advances nothing, signs no debt acknowledgement, and sees nothing deducted from their salary.

Language first

We train to certified B2 ourselves rather than outsourcing the step that decides everything else.

Arrival matters as much as departure

Housing, bank account, administrative steps, six months of support. This is where others stop — and where everything is actually decided.

The corridor

One corridor at a time, until it holds

We start with a single route: Cameroon to North Rhine-Westphalia. Selection, language, visa, arrival. Every step of the journey is documented and tracked, and the next corridor will open only once this one is solid.

A nurse trained in Cameroon is worth exactly the same in Gelsenkirchen. What changes is what they are offered.

What set us in motion

The journey

Eight steps, and nobody walks them alone

From the first conversation in your home country to your first shift in Germany, every step is prepared, tracked and explained. Expect twelve to twenty-four months depending on your starting level of German.

1

Selection

An in-depth conversation about your background, your motivation and your plans. We only present people we would accompany ourselves.

Auswahl
2

Qualification recognition

We build and file your application with the competent authority of the German state. Certified translations, follow-up requests, preparation for any adaptation measure.

Anerkennung
3

German A1 to B2

Live online classes in small groups, up to the B2 level required to practise. We prepare you for the telc examination and take you to the accredited examination centre — which alone issues the certificate.

Sprachkurs · telc B2
4

Meeting your employer

We present your file to institutions that match your profile, and prepare you for the interview: expected questions, German workplace culture, negotiation.

Vorstellungsgespräch
5

Pre-approval

Your employer obtains approval from the Federal Employment Agency before you apply for the visa. This removes most blockages and shortens the process considerably.

Vorabzustimmung
6

Visa

Complete consular file, appointment booking, preparation for the embassy interview. We follow up and document every step until it comes through.

Visumverfahren
7

Arrival and settling in

We meet you at the airport. Housing, city registration, bank account, health insurance, residence permit, SIM card: your first week is organised in advance.

Ankunft
8

Integration

One month of intensive medical German on arrival, then regular check-ins for six months. Someone who speaks your language, reachable when something goes wrong.

Healthcare employers

A qualified nurse, ready to work — and who stays

Hospitals, clinics, care homes, home-care services, faith-based networks: we present qualified professionals, telc B2 certified, with recognised qualifications and complete paperwork.

A single fee covers the whole process, paid in two parts: half on signature of the employment contract, half only after six months of actual service. Our payment therefore depends on the same thing yours does — that the person stays and thrives.

See our offer
  • Rigorous selection, video interview before any introduction
  • Recognition procedure handled with your state authority
  • B2 level reached and telc examination taken before arrival
  • Pre-approval and visa procedure managed by us
  • Housing, bank account and administrative steps taken care of
  • Medical German and support through the first six months
  • Half the fee conditional on six months of retention
  • Direct placement — we are not a staffing agency

Eurofrika Academy

Language decides everything else

Without B2 certification there is no recognition, no contract and no visa. It is the real obstacle of the journey, which is why we built our own language centre rather than outsourcing this step.

Explore the Academy

Live online classes in small groups, with a teacher who follows each learner's progress week after week. Open to Eurofrika candidates and to anyone serious about learning German — in Africa as in Europe.

Eurofrika issues no language certificate of any kind. We teach, prepare and accompany candidates to the accredited examination centre: that centre administers the telc examination and issues the certificate.

Behind every file is a person changing their life

A well-prepared nurse stays. A nurse abandoned at the airport leaves after six months. That is the whole difference, and that is where we put our work.

First step

Let's build your next professional chapter

Whether you are a nurse in Africa or run an institution in Germany, the first step is the same: a conversation.
